White Christmas

This Christmas we decided to go to my Aunt and Uncle's home in Park City. They were so gracious to host our large family for 5 days and we loved spending time with them, relaxing and playing in the snow. It truly was a white Christmas and it snowed off and on the entire time we were there. Such a fun experience for us all. Speaking of the snow, the first thing the kids did when we got there is suit up and play in the snow.
Decorating sugar cookies on Christmas Eve.

Christmas Eve we made a delicious Italian dinner and played a fun gift exchange. The kids loved all the funny gag gifts.

We woke up Christmas morning to snow falling down and Santa's presents. It was perfect.

Christmas day the kids spent playing in the snow and then we had turkey for dinner and played games and relaxed!

The Shed trip is always a favorite.

We were able to take the kids to the giant tubing park. It was fun, cold and scary. Those things go fast. Natalie was crying by the time we were done so enjoy this smile!

Daddy and the girls spent a ton of time playing and exploring in the snow around my Aunt's house. The cold did not deter them, however I stayed in where it was nice and warm :)

Such a fun trip. Can't wait to go back. Really I would live there if I could. Much love to Aunt Lezlie and Uncle Kevin for showing us such a great time.

Fall 2014

Here is a quick summary of our Fall happenings.

First Day of School 2014

Natalie turned 4 years old.
Alexis and Rebecca turned 8 and decided to be baptized. It was a beautiful day with lots of friends and family there to support them. So proud of my sweet girls!

Fall Carnival Fun!

Annual visit to the pumpkin patch.

Trunk or Treat

 Halloween

Dressed up as me for Halloween, looking pretty handsome in scrubs. Maybe nursing school for him next...not!!
I got to work at one of the medical stations during the Rock N Roll Marathon and got to see this awesome lady finish the half marathon!

Natalie has been growing up so much, lots of personality in this little lady.

Grandpa came to visit from Hawaii. All the grandkids loved spending time with him.

That time we took in a praying mantis as a pet for a few days...
Thanksgiving was small and fun. My sister Anna had baby Abel two days before and got out of the hospital just in time to come eat some turkey.

Abel's first Thanksgiving.
About a week after he was born the girls got to hold Abel for the first time. Smiles all around, they sure love their new cousin.

Zachary decided to give wrestling a try this winter and it is fun learning about a new sport and seeing Zachary out on the mat. He has some learning to do but he is not bad for never wrestling before.
The girls and Daddy hanging out waiting for Zachary's turn.
Lexi is on the cheer squad again for Doral Academy. They decided to take every girl who tried out so between all the age groups there are quite a few cheerleaders. Seeing all of them perform was pretty fun!
 My pretty girl!

I am posting this picture from one of the spirit Friday's because I just look at and wonder where the time has gone. My big girls are just that...big girls. They are growing up into beautiful young ladies on the inside and out, I am so lucky to be their Mom.

So that about sums up Fall 2014. Other happenings Zach turned 36, I turned 32, we celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary and I finished level two of nursing school. Time is flying by and the new year is going to be crazy but we will make it through. We always do.
