On the last Saturday of break my Mom and I took the kids on a day trip to visit Grandma in Barstow. We haven't been to Calico since the girls were little so we wanted to take them back. Our friend Donna joined us and she brought with her new friends for my girls to get to know! The weather couldn't have been more perfect as we explored the old Ghost Town.
Next time we go we will be going horse back riding. Looked so fun!

My Mom and Donna have been friends for almost 30 years. We grew up around Donna and it is fun seeing my kids get to know her!
A trip to Barstow isn't complete without a stop at the legendary Del Taco. Grandma loves to meet us there and buy everyone ice cream. She is always so sweet to my girls!
